Community Service Graduation Cord

The AHS Graduation Cord for Community Service is sunsetting after the class of 2027 and will no longer be available after this school year.

Class of 2027 seniors, you can still register to earn the cord. You must fill out the registration form by December 31, 2026. You must log at least 100 volunteer hours in your spreadsheet in Teams prior to March 1, 2027 in order to earn the cord. Please note: this is a hard deadline with NO exceptions.

Volunteer hours must be served with registered non-profit organizations, AHS clubs/organizations, or other organizations, and students cannot be compensated for time or service (this includes class credit). Donations of money or items cannot be counted as volunteer time. Parents cannot be the verification contact.

After you complete this registration form you will be added to your class Teams. Please check under the Files tab for a spreadsheet with your name. You can begin logging your volunteer hours immediately, and hours can be grouped by organization (no need to list each event separately).
